Tonderayi has worked for top blue chip companies in the Banking, Energy, Retail and Telecommunications Industries at executive management level .The companies include NDH Merchant Bank,TVT Timbers, Total Zimbabwe, Econet Wireless, NetOne and POSB. Tonderayi is a Prison Outreach Re-intergration Association (PORA) Director and TVT Timbers Director. Tonderayi is a member of Procurement Leaders and Toastmasters International. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Finance Degree (NUST), Master of Science in Strategic Management degree (CUT), Project Management (Econet), Contact Centre Management (Econet), Train the Trainer (Total Learning Academy) and is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce in Law Degree.
